How does it feel to be recognised by your colleagues, and what was your secret to success this month?  

I’m so happy to have been recgonised by my colleagues so early in my planet career. I’d say that collaborating with such a hard-working and talented team of individuals makes the job not only easier but so much more enjoyable!

This is your first Recruitment role, you’ve had a fantastic start! How are you finding life at Planet so far?  

Planet Pharma has been a perfect introduction to the world of recruitment, I’ve been nurtured and up-skilled consistently working alongside experienced recruiters who are at the top of their game, and I’ve been able to create my own style by taking ideas from each of them.

What motivated you to pursue a career in recruitment?

I’ve always been attracted to the fast-paced atmosphere of recruitment as well as the people-focused side of things. In the life science industry, I get the chance to speak with some amazing professionals and partner with them to further their career to help impact the world. Never a boring day!

If you could give any advice to someone considering a career in Recruitment, what would it be?

Being observant, taking advice and listening to other people’s style and approach will help you establish your own unique way of recruiting. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

What’s one thing you’d like for potential candidates and clients to know about Planet Pharma?

What would you say is unique about our culture here?

Due to our model, we have so much room to collaborate and work as a solid team rather than individuals, this gives us a cooperative sense of success. We have a strong team of amazing personalities, so we also have a great time doing what we do!

Tell us more about you. Do you have any hobbies or hidden talents? 

I love being active and getting outdoors; hiking, running, swimming, anything in nature is where I’m happiest.

If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?

I would love to visit Australia or travel around the Australian coasts! Did someone say APAC office visit?… 👀

If you could pick any superpower, what would it be and why?

Growing up on Marvel and DC comics I’ve given this some thought! I’d be a shapeshifter, able to turn into anything when I could fly instead of getting the tube or swimming abroad and save on flights.

Finally, what do you think makes an MVP at Planet Pharma?

I enjoy what I do and am so happy to be on a great team, I believe loving your job is so important and can reflect in your work. Eagerness to succeed, putting in the extra work and pushing yourself – the results will follow.
