Planet Pharma is able to provide career opportunities on both a contract (freelance) or permanent basis. We are mindful of variable and fluctuating needs dependent on project, budget, and location and can adjust our engagement solution accordingly.
Planet Pharma can engage with Independent Contractors / Freelancers across all European locations in one of 2 ways:
This can cover full-time office based support, or we can resource for ad hoc freelance project needs, with partial FTE needs for example. We are able to provide compliant solutions in multiple geographies globally. While referencing and drug screening requirements vary depending on location, our team is able to ensure compliance to local labour leasing legislation, advise on tax / social security implications, and conduct extensive professional referencing as needed.

From our UK offices, we have devised a “hub and spoke” approach which allows us to effectively service the entirety of Europe. We employ industry focused recruiting experts with multiple language capabilities; setting us apart from our competitors and allowing us to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with our candidates.
Governance and Compliance
We have built a robust international platform that enables us to engage workers compliantly per local regulations in over 40 countries worldwide. We know the heavily governed rules of engagement per country to ensure we mitigate risk for the end client. We also utilize a tried and tested PSL of local country payroll solutions to enable a PAYE offering per country.
